Professional Background

Originally qualified as an HR practitioner through an LSE post graduate diploma, David became Personnel and Training Director of a large pharmaceutical company at the age of 32. He then changed track to marketing and sales where he gained increasing responsibility at national, regional and global levels, culminating in leading a change management program to raise the bar for all commercial activities across 80 countries in a £12billion business. Most recently he has combined his experiences and knowledge to establish a consultancy practice focused on business strategy, people and marketing.
