Sally is a Business Coach and Human Resources Consultant with over 7 years experience in developing businesses and their leaders, following 8 years of management within hotels and outside catering. Sally specialises in transitional coaching, helping managers to be effective in their working relationships and to take on the additional skills in order to become effective Directors.

Style
My style is to focus on the unique needs of the individual and their business, rather than follow a “one size fits all” approach. This means that with some clients I use alot of structure to guide the relationship; with others we work at a more unconscious level of learning.My key success measures are the feedback that I receive from clients both immediately following a session and in the months and years that follow, so that we can see the total impact that any intervention has had on the business as well as the individual.
Consultancy
As a consultant, I work with clients to support their people issues. This ranges from the tactical, such as reviewing and developing procedures and systems or advising on the practicalities of employment law, through to the strategic, such as the facilitation of the development of HR strategies at Board level. I am professionally qualified (MCIPD) and have over 8 years of operational experience, from a hospitality background. After leaving catering, I worked for Business Link for 5 years as a coach/mentor to start up and high growth SME businesses.
Executive Coaching
I develop business leaders in a group or one to one setting. My approach is to enable the transfer of learning into the businesses that I work with. Over a series of sessions, we identify and explore your preferred styles of learning and working. Coaching with me is an opportunity to gain meaningful, objective, external feedback and to develop the interpersonal and relationship building skills necessary for all leadership roles. Coaching raises your self-awareness as a leader and the impact that you have in your business, increases your focus on what is important, and helps you to find appropriate solutions to problems for your own business.
I have achieved my BNLP and MNLP with Sue Knight and use the beliefs of NLP as the basis for my coaching.
NLP
Whilst working as a business coach/mentor for high growth businesses with Business Link, I completed the BNLP and MNLP with Sue Knight. This learning influences my consultancy style and forms the backbone for the coaching model that I follow.
