The Way Training programme was formed from the idea that it was possible to do business in a company that fulfilled our desire to work in a positive atmosphere of enjoyment and integrity doing what we love the most, training in a way to encourage personal development.

We offer excellent coaching that affords an opportunity for analysis, reflection and action that ultimately enables our clients to achieve success in more areas of their life or work.
We know that greater personal awareness will help increase your personal influencing, negotiating and presentation skills. This will lead to greater self confidence and greater self management
For some people a few meetings are all that is needed. Other clients and client organisations work with us on an ongoing or as-required basis.
Our coaching services can be arranged on an individual or organisational basis. We can meet face to face or by telephone, fax or e mail.
Training
We are committed to providing top class, individually tailored training. We believe that the most effective training is training with a sensitivity towards the audience and where possible a participatory approach.
