Bea Fields is an Executive Coach and the President of Bea Fields Companies, Inc. and the Founder of Five Star Leader Coaching and Training. She specializes in Leadership and Team Coaching for high growth companies, non-profit organizations and medium-sized businesses.
Fields is the author of Millennial Leaders: Success Stories From Today's Most Brillian Generation Y Leaders and Edge: A Leadership Story (Morgan James; May 2008).
She has served on the Board of Directors for the University of North Carolina Children`s Hospital, Episcopal Day School in Southern Pines, NC and the Moore County Chamber of Commerce in North Carolina. She is the parent of 3 Generation Y young adults.

Style
As an Executive Coach working with high growth companies, my coaching style and services are very direct and bottom-line oriented. Each client I work with participates in a rigorous 360 Degree Feedback Review as an initial assessment process, and I then coach the Executive on leadership behaviors which are impacting the bottom line for the business. I use a combination of coaching, training and consulting to meet the needs of not just the Executive but the team he or she leads.
Consultancy
I am certified in the 360 Degree Feedback tools with the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, NC, USA. I am also DiSC certified with Inscape Publishing. Both of these tools are used to then consult with companies in the area of communication and leadership. I am also a Certified Guerrilla Marketing Coach, which provides me with the skills needed to provide marketing consulting.

I hold a Certificate Degree in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. The Executive Coaching I provide includes Executive Level Leadership and Team Coaching, Communications Coaching and coaching for Senior Level Managers.
