As a business consultant, we generally work to help companies absorb change. This is affected by a top down and bottom up process. We specialise d in creating change programmes for ‘cost reduction, process management and leadership development.

Executive Coaching
As Executive coaches we work with both groups and individual. We travel deeply into the makeup of the individual, build rapport and work to achieve personal and professional goals.
Our programmes run over six months allowing the opportunity for permanent change and not a short term ‘sheepdip‘ effect
Facilitation
As facilitators we will work in three main areas.
1/ Idea development utilising ‘mindmapping‘ and other mind expanding techniques to develop the freedom for individuals to express themselves and structure their ideas.
2/ Conflict management will help groups integrate during mergers and remove the level of threat felt through building up the self confidence of the individuals.
3/ Senior management group facilitation and individual coaching, to create cohesion and a team atmosphere. Delivering more bang for your corporate buck

Trained in NLP, Timeline, Journeywork and many more associated therapy techniques.
